A downloadable game for Windows
SCP77 is an open world text adventure set in the SCP Universe.
It is written entirely as a windows DOS batch script.
Inspired by games like Telehack, TIS-100, Duskers and 80's text adventures, SCP77 features emergent exploratory gameplay.
As you progress, your first task will always be to determine how to use the interface without any instruction. Knowledge of command prompt/terminal commands is always helpful.
Very little is explained up front, there is no tutorial. Just exploration and subtle hints.
Its designed to be both frustrating and rewarding.
A pencil and paper are strongly recommended!

At first I was a bit sceptical. However the game has a really good concept. Despite figuring out how to play the game, I enjoyed the fact that this game made me think. Tbh it's been a while since I had to think this much hahaha. Using letters and numbers to make images was pretty cool. Now going back, there is some obvious things that needs to be dealt with. I would have liked it if there was some backhround music with the game (in the video I edited scp music in the background). I feel like there should be a bit more content. Also some instructions on a notepad or even in game would be appreciated too. I had some fun playing the game even though I had never finished it. It's a pretty good games to play for a bit. Try it out! Thanks so much! Keep up the good work!
